Designed in support of the 2011 Red Cross Japan Tsunami Relief Fund. In Japanese folklore 1000 cranes, or "senbazuru", have wish-granting powers and are common gifts of goodwill. Over the course of 10 days, I folded 1000 paper cranes and used them to illustrate the magnitude of the quake.
